As we say good-bye to 2019, I’ve spent most of December reflecting on the past decade. Inspired by a 3 part exercise by Marie Forleo, I first made a list of everything I’m proud of overcoming and accomplishing over the past 10 years. I wrote why it’s important to me. Second, I made another list of what I need to let go of and why. Past hurts and resentments, limiting beliefs and anything that is no longer serving me. The third part is something I’m still working on but it’s a list of personal goals and dreams for the next ten years. Try it!
